Tickets are non-refundable. Once you purchase a ticket, the ticket is yours to use. We often offer a live stream ticket and can share the recording with you in the event that you can not attend on the day of the event.

That being said, we are always going to act in the best interest of our customers, performing artists and the house. Our goal is to make sure you get value for every ticket you purchase at Poduty!
